A Leadership Grooming Session was recently conducted for the student senate members of SRM Nightingale, aimed at nurturing their leadership potential and fostering a sense of responsibility and purpose.

This insightful session was initiated by Dr. P. Deiva Sundari, Principal of SRM Easwari Engineering College, and effectively led by Ms. Dilshad Azim. The session focused on key leadership values such as self-awareness, discipline, and intentionality. Students were encouraged to reflect on the fundamental question – “Why should you do this?” – prompting meaningful discussions on purpose-driven leadership.

The interactive and thought-provoking session equipped the student leaders with tools and strategies to enhance their leadership journey. It was a truly inspiring experience that helped them build clarity, confidence, and commitment toward their roles.
