On October 4th , A Leadership Development Programme was organized at SRM Easwari Engineering College, Ramapuram, with enthusiastic participation from our School Senate members. The event aimed to enhance essential leadership and teamwork skills among students.

The session commenced with an inspiring address by Mr. Princely Samuel, Director of Training and Placements, Loyola College, who emphasized the significance of teamwork and leadership through interactive discussions.

This was followed by a dynamic session led by Mr. Arokya Dass, L& D Portfolio Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions, focusing on strategies to overcome challenges, manage anxiety, and navigate difficult situations through teamwork and effective leadership. His real-world insights made the session engaging and impactful.

The Senate members also had the privilege of meeting our Honourable Chairman Sir Dr. R. Shivakumar, who shared valuable thoughts on cultivating and sustaining leadership qualities in everyday life.

The event concluded with a meaningful interaction with Dr. P. Deiva Sundari, Principal, SRM Easwari Engineering College. The Senate members expressed their heartfelt gratitude to her for providing such a valuable learning opportunity.
