The second session of the Leadership Development Programme for our School Senate members was held at Easwari Engineering College, Ramapuram, organized by Dr. P. Deiva Sundari, Principal.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Nelson Victor, Co-Founder of Learning Solutions @ CHISEL and an internationally certified Soft Skills Trainer. Focusing on the theme “Fail, Learn, and Rise,” he inspired students to embrace resilience, learn from mistakes, and grow through challenges.

Interactive team-building activities and reflective exercises encouraged students to develop confidence, empathy, and a positive mindset—making the session both insightful and transformative.
