SRM Nightingale is a Matriculation based school located in West Mambalam, Chennai. The school is built on high standards for education and safety and educates children aged 3– 18 years.

The smart classes increase the interest of the student in studies. Hence, students are benefited with ease in understanding the difficult topics easily, efficiently and effectively.
The School’s campus solution which provides a portal for the student and parent.
This portal provides parent information, student information, student attendance, student report card, teachers list, circulars, news, emails, and gallery. To access the portal the parent is provided with the login id & password.
School uses the digital system for uploading the worksheets, study materials, study related videos and images for students’ reference.
Chemistry Lab
Our chemistry lab is well planned and equipped with the latest and advanced materials, supplies, all laboratory apparatus and chemicals thus enabling students to contribute a lot in the scientific advances yet to come. Students develop problem solving skills in life and also it helps them to be exposed to different processes used in industries and technological application.
Physics Lab
It is an established fact that a subject like Physics is not learnt exclusively from textbooks and other reading material. Teaching Physics therefore requires a blend of classroom teaching and practical work. Conducting experiments, reviewing them closely, developing logical reasoning, and responding to analytical comments, are some of the valuable skills that help in preparing the next generation of scientists engineers, and medical professionals.
Biology Lab
Improving social well being through education, research and innovation
Biology is a practical science. Practical activities are not just motivational and fun. They enable students to apply and extend their knowledge and understanding of biology in novel investigative situations, which can aid learning and memory, and stimulate interest.
It is a collection of experiments that demonstrate a wide range of biological concepts and processes. During practical classes students normally work as individuals; however in some modules group work is required. Sufficient equipment, a laboratory assistant and academic staff is available for students to carry out relevant experiments. The students are made familiar with standard laboratory equipment such as microscopes, chemicals and electronic appliances etc.
Biology students specialize in investigating how living organisms relate to their respective environments. They might study human skeletal, plants, animals or other biological organisms. Within their area of expertise, biology students can go ahead in future and specialize as ecologists, botanists, marine biologists or biochemists etc.
Computer Lab
We have a well-planned and well equipped computer laboratory with more than forty five modern computers with all facilities from applications for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, multimedia, programming in a variety of languages, and many other uses.
A computer connected to a wall-mounted projector is used for demonstration and instruction. Printers are also available for the students use.
LIBRARY
The superbly well stocked library houses a vast collection of books, digital sources, resources and information on a wide range of topics. The endeavour is on inculcating the reading habit in children, giving a free rein to their imagination and stimulating their minds in a comfortable and conducive ambience. The Reference Section supports the curriculum and beyond. The sophisticated digital Library [e-library] section is in response to the need of the times to expand the horizons of learning beyond limits.
